Best meal on the island - by far
We dined at Soul Kitchen on our third night in Hvar and instantly regretted not booking sooner. The tuna tataki was extraordinary, the wine pairing flawless. Service was attentive without being intrusive.

Fine Dining · Hvar Island
An intimate table in Hvar old town. Seasonal Dalmatian ingredients, refined technique, and a wine list that earns its keep.
Soul Kitchen was born from a simple belief: the Adriatic's finest ingredients deserve the same reverence and precision as the world's great kitchens. We work with Hvar's fishermen at dawn, forage herbs from the island's interior, and source our meat from small Dalmatian farms.
The menu changes with the season - not because it sounds good in a press release, but because the sea and the land insist on it.
